Orders

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, customers are expected to accept and receive their orders once dispatched.

If a customer refuses or fails to receive a dispatched COD order, the advance shipping payment will be non-refundable.
